How long do your services take?

This depends on the service you are asking for; engine diagnostics can receive on the spot feedback and advice, 2 - 4 hours for a diagnostics report with images, on site or mobile support is dependent on availability and issue, technology and Navionics support: 1 - 3 hours, minor engine repairs (after consultation) and support: 1-2 business days (or longer depending on job and part(s) needed - we provide a free 30-minute consultation), boat deliveries and new owner orientation: same day delivery up to 1 - 2 weeks (depending on boat location and familiarity with boats). We are mobile, depending on timing, availability, and location.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer, cheque or cash.

Engine repair

Where do you source replacement parts?

We source replacement parts from the most reputable dealers and OEMs. We do not purchase or order parts until we have consulted and received approval from our client.
