Founded in 2022, Fritz Marine Services Inc., is owned and operated by Sebastian and Jennie Fritz. They started FMS, Inc., to support boat owners in ensuring their boats run efficiently by solving problems that arise with engine and electronic codes as well as provide comprehensive diagnostic reports for brokers and owners, enjoy their time on the water by providing captain and stew services, as well as deliver boats to local marinas or prepare boats for delivery for shipment and finally minor engine repairs.

 

Sebastian is the President of FMS, Inc., focusing on his skills and talents as a marine mechanic, skipper and project planner. Sebastian has a Bachelors degree of Technology from Memorial University, his MCA Yacht Masters, and is a licensed Marine Engineer. His love for boats took on a new adventure in 2016 working part-time as a charter skipper in the Mediterranean. He is experienced in vessel commissioning of equipment, completing inspections, preparing regulatory certification and procedures, equipment lists, and conducting dock and sea trials. Sebastian has experience in marine vessel re-design and replacements, project management, and large yacht and motor charters and deliveries. 

 

Jennie is the Director focusing on the business' day-to-day operations of FMS Inc., advertising and promotion, and customer service. She has been in the customer service industry for 21 years and has a keen eye for detail, and foreseeing the needs of her clients to ensure a smooth experience. She has a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; International Relations, a bachelor's degree in Education, and a masters in Education. She has travelled extensively throughout France, Italy, the United Kingdom and Japan, but loves the mountains, ocean, and rivers of the West Coast. Throughout her career, she has established youth-based programs and policy in community and  education and knows the value and importance of reciprocal relationship development. She has focused on place-based learning and teaching with respect to local and historical teachings that not only show off the beauty, but the diversity of the West Coast to all her clients and dedicates her time to teaching about respecting the land so we can enjoy it for years to come.​
